I think the parents, knowing they have a baby that doesn't know any better, shouldn't have a gun period. That being said, yes, I believe they should be brought up on manslaughter and negligence charges. A toddler is a curious creature and needs to be watched 24/7. My son was a wild child and I was always running after him. Now I know why I was so slim back then. LOL
