DeleteFly a plane. Rock climbing is too physical and driving a race car would get boring after the first hundred miles.

DeleteI'm going to have to go with flying a plane. Since we'll ultimately be moving to the sticks, being able to fly a small plane sure would shorten the travel time to come back and visit our city-slicker friends and relatives.
